The piece that won the Eveningwear category at The Stitch Festival in 2023. A sheer dress carrying Lady Slipper orchids across the body, embroidered entirely by hand in the Lunéville tambour technique, the flowers reading as though they have grown across the wearer rather than been applied to a garment. It belongs to the Tropical Garden series, where Ksenia works the same orchid through fine art panels and wearable pieces in turn.
