Christmas offer terms
The offer
10% off when the pieces in your basket come to £50 or more, and 15% off when they come to £150 or more. Postage and any customs charges are not discounted and don’t count towards those totals.
Some makers' pieces
Some makers’ pieces get 10% at most, even in a basket over £150. Your basket shows exactly what comes off before you pay.
How to get it
Leave your email address in the offer pop-up. The saving applies to orders placed with that email address, whether you check out as a guest or from your account. No code is needed.
Every order
It applies to every order you place until the offer ends, not just the first.
When it ends
Orders placed by 23:59 UK time on 24 December 2026.
What's included
Pieces bought through the basket, personalisation included. Bespoke commissions and workshop bookings are not included.
Returns
If you return a piece, you’re refunded what you paid for it, after the saving.
Your email address
Joining adds you to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and the offer still applies to your address until it ends. See our privacy policy.
Changes
We won’t change these terms or end the offer early unless something outside our control makes us. Any order already placed keeps its saving.
