You can use this form to cancel an order, but you do not have to. A message to the maker, or an email to us, does the same job.

This is the model cancellation form set out in Schedule 3 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To use it, copy the text below into an email, or print this page and post it. Your contract of sale is with the maker; The Haud Ltd receives cancellations as their agent and passes them straight on.
