A greeting card with an original collage on the front, not a print of one. This one carries the long-tailed Spanish Moon Moth against a patterned rug, cut and laid onto a pale blue card to match its wings.
KR Moorhead cuts and assembles each card individually from secondhand and thrifted paper, so no two in the series are the same. The card is A6, 10.5 by 14.8cm, in 225gsm uncoated stock.
It is blank inside for your own message and comes with a pale blue C6 envelope, in a protective sleeve. BBeing an original piece of artwork rather than a reproduction, it is a card worth keeping and displaying once it has been read.
The card here is the large A6 size. The same moth is also cut as a smaller square card: see the miniature Spanish Moon Moth card. Each is a separate collage, so the two are not identical.
