A padded headband in lavender satin with a soft sheen, carrying a hand-embroidered poppy motif in cool-toned purples. Chiffon, sequins, beads and rhinestone chain are stitched into a composition with Art Deco lines, curved and stylised rather than naturalistic.
Of the two poppy headbands Ksenia has made, this is the more formal; the reflective satin suits evening dress, though it holds up in daytime looks alongside clean shapes or tonal layering.
She embroiders the motif by hand and wraps the plastic base fully in padding so it sits softly and securely. The headband is one of a kind.
